Andrew (Andy) Ward Carter was born on November 20th at 10:29 am, 1996. He was 9 pounds and 4 ounces when he arrived. He is 22 inches long. He has hazzle colored eyes and light brown hair. A lot of hair I might add. It is not blonde but light brown. |
